Jaesa Cusimano, MBA, ARM began her career in the Insurance & Risk Management industry in 2011 where she started working for Bickmore (now Sedgwick). Jaesa is now a Director, Pool Administration for Sedgwick providing full-cycle JPA Administration and is the Executive Director to two California JPAs consisting of mostly Bay Area Public Entities.
In her spare time, Jaesa enjoys working out, spending time with her family, and the occasional wine tasting on a patio.

Director of Outreach (Founding Member): 2017-2019
Chris Carroll currently works for the State of California in the Office of Risk and Insurance Management as an Associate Risk Analyst where he assists State departments with risk management and policy procurement, and has been with the State since July of 2015. Chris started in the insurance industry in 2009 with an independent agency handling new business production and policy management. Chris also worked at a national insurance company for 5 years and gained experience in processing, rating, commercial underwriting, and commercial product prior to joining the State.
Chris enjoys sports, exercising, and spending time with family in his free time, and currently holds an active license for P&C, life, and health.
